About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for a humble, hungry, and smart Paid Media Specialist to join our growing agency team. The Paid Media Specialist at Socialander will hit the ground running. You are capable of growing revenues by successfully managing multiple Paid Media campaigns, including Paid Social, Shopping, and Search. You strategically develop and implement campaigns, manage budgets and bids, analyze campaign performance, and present data-driven insights. You are insatiably committed to maintaining successful relationships with your clients and your team, as a trusted advisor, leader, and mentor.

Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions

  1. Successfully manage multiple paid media client accounts and communicate professionally with the client point of contact
  2. Create and develop paid media campaigns across various industries and platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Programmatic, etc)
  3. Be accountable for budget pacing and recommend strategic data-driven adjustments
  4. Gather and analyze data insights (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion volume, etc.) to deliver reports with accuracy and propose action plans for optimization
  5. Monitor the latest trends and changes in social media and the digital industry


  1. Strategic expertise on multiple advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Programmatic, etc.)
  2. 2+ years of PPC campaign management experience
  3. Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  4. Basic knowledge of HTML
  5. Project management and analytical skills
  6. Writing and proofreading skills (creative copy, emails, etc.)
  7. Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications a plus
  8. Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon is a plus
