About the job
This temp Payroll Specialist role in for anyone based in the UK is available for an immediate start. You will be joining a small team where you will be processing UK payrolls. You will work closely with the wider business including HR and be the point of contact for all payroll queries across the business.
Description
- Managing the end-to-end payroll
- Overseeing the day-to-day administration of payroll and to providing support to the HR team
- Understanding and processing pay and entitlements of occupational sick pay and maternity schemes
- Processing and inputting variable data into relevant systems in accordance with statutory and contractual obligations
- Dealing with payroll and pension enquiries concerning payments made to employees
- Investigating and resolving complex payroll queries using the online payroll system
Profile
Payroll Specialist will:
- be proficient on UK payroll
- have worked on an outsourced payroll
- be self driven and able to work autonomously
- be flexible to work in the office 3 days per week
