JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience working in 2+ African startups

Ability to travel internationally

Ability to work remotely with fast wifi

Minimum 5+ hours overlap with WAT business hours

RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing and maintaining our Workforce Plan and HR Budget

Continuously refining our people operations policies and processes

Choosing and deploying our HR Software

Supporting Managers with end-to-end employee lifecycle contracts and communications

Working with core tools (HRIS, LMS, Calendars, Documents, Project Management)

Collaborating with key teammates (Partners and Managers in each department)

Embodying our company values in your interactions with job applicants, investors, founders, and teammates alike
