Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Assist the principal to complete assigned work and tasks
  • Develop new customers and new sales channels
  • Managing social media handles like Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
  • Handle requests and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation, minutes and source office supplies

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • At least one (1) year of sales experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Must be a University Graduate
  • Age between 22-30 years

Remuneration: NGN60, 000 and open to negotiation
