Responsibilities:

1. Receive and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.

2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

3. Maintain a clean and organized physical presentation.

4. Ensure proper packaging of items to maintain quality and freshness.

5. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.

6. Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to assist customers effectively.

7. Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols while shopping in stores.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile apps.

• Must live at least 20 minutes away from Victoria Island, Lagos.

• No prior experience is required as this is an entry-level position but customer-facing marketing skills would be a nice add ON.
