Product Intern, Betterplace

Product is the enabler of great experiences for the Next Billion Users. The Product Intern will assist the Product Managers in various initiatives across the product life cycle to drive the success of the products.

What you’ll do
● Conduct primary user research for various products to understand pain-points/ validate hypothesis & identify product opportunities
● Conduct secondary research and provide supporting data (related to applicable compliances, etc) required for product implementation
● Perform detailed competitor analysis for various products assist PMs in various product related documentations
● Assist in onboarding new clients for pilots to Betterplace platform, conducting UATs and gathering customer feedback from various channels
● Collaborate with sales & operations team in gathering new customer requirements, assisting in product demos and in addressing product related queries
