Venturage Technologies is a fast-growing technology company that provides innovative solutions for businesses. We are currently seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. This is an on-site role located in Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the direction and success of our cryptocurrency exchange product, Flincap. You will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Define and prioritize product features, creating detailed user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Coordinate and manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Monitor product performance and analyze user data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in the cryptocurrency and technology space.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience working closely with designers.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
