Job Title: Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to drive product vision, strategy, and execution. Your goal is to create innovative products that meet customer needs and set us apart in the competitive fintech landscape.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and market opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and customer needs
• Define product vision, roadmaps, and features based on data-driven insights and customer feedback
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful product launches
• Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact, ROI, and user feedback
• Create and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Monitor product performance, gather insights, and continuously optimize based on analytics and customer feedback
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the fintech or financial services industry
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products from concept to launch
• Strong understanding of fintech trends, technologies, and regulatory landscape
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with UX/UI teams to create customer-centric product designs
• Familiarity with API integrations and microservices architecture is a plus
• Fluent in English
