We are looking for an ambitious Product Marketing professional to join our team and help us take our sales and marketing process to a whole new level! Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.


  • Develop and execute an effective growth enablement strategy
  • Develop buyer personas and positioning for our products
  • Translate technical details into benefits for the user
  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
  • Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
  • Work with our awesome customers to create case studies and customer success stories
  • Find our evangelists through relationships with sales reps and via social media, then nurture them and help them promote our cause
  • Perform competitive research and help position Brass to win more customers
  • Collect and analyze data that supports our solutions in the market to buyers
  • Work closely and build long-term relationships with product, product and growth teams
  • Keep abreast with new trends and best practices in industry, sales and marketing especially within Africa

About You

  • You have at least 3 years of working experience in Product Marketing & market analysis
  • You have an MA in Marketing, Communications or similar relevant field
  • You have outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • You have amazing organizational and time management skills
  • You have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • You are a creative thinker with a vision
  • Background in design and copywriting is a plus
  • You are deeply familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
  • You have a working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
