Job Title: Product Marketing Manager, Business
Summary
Kuda is a money app for Africans on a mission to make financial services accessible, affordable and rewarding for every African on the planet.

Responsibilities
- Conduct customer and market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors’, and use insights to inform product development and marketing decisions
- Collaborate closely with the product, communications, brand and growth teams to understand the features, benefits, and unique value propositions of our products and services, and communicate them to our target customers in a compelling way
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies for Kuda Business’ products and services, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are effectively launched, positioned, and promoted to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement for Business customers
- Measure and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, and use data to optimize marketing strategies and tactics for both consumer and business banking customers
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, and provide recommendations for product and marketing strategy for Business customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and influencers, to drive brand awareness and advocacy for business audiences
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure that marketing projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget for business products
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years Product Marketing or Product Operations experience in the fintech space – especially a African/Nigerian based one
- Experience working with, and often driving GTM strategy & execution across cross-functional teams including Product (B2B-focused), Marketing, Communications & Growth.
- Solid ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is—or isn’t—working, leveraging tools like Looker, Mixpanel
- Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer. Documentation is a key part of your role
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives across our business audiences
- Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma.
Preferred Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Marketing or Product Operations experience in the B2B fintech space – especially a African/Nigerian based one – is an advantage
