Job Title: Product Marketing Specialist

As the Proposition Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing the overall value proposition strategy to ensure the products meet the needs of the target audience and stand out in a competitive market.
Areas of Responsibility
Value Proposition Development:
- Implement clear, compelling value propositions for our iGaming products and services.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment of the value propositions with market needs and business objectives.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Utilise customer insights and data to inform proposition development and strategic decisions.
Product Positioning:
- Create and implement effective product positioning strategies to differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.
- Be a key stakeholder in developing key messaging and communication strategies that highlight the unique benefits and features of our products.
Campaign Management:
- Execute promotional campaigns that effectively communicate our value propositions.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimise results.
Customer Journey Mapping:
- Develop and maintain detailed customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
- Collaborate with customer service and product teams to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Act as a central point of contact for all proposition-related activities, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to value propositions and product performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on proposition effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our value propositions.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in product management, marketing, or a related role within the igaming industry.
- Igaming experience is essential for this role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, excellent written and spoken English is a must.
- Proven experience in developing and managing successful value propositions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
