Job Title: Program Manager

World of Good Brands is looking for a Program Manager to join our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, the Program Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all agile processes across our four cross-functional pods: Consumption, Monetization, Foundation, and Creation. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination, manage cross-pod dependencies, and drive the execution of initiatives outlined in the product roadmap. This role will champion the way our teams work and interact together so that they can lead them on the path of continuous improvement using agile and scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate is an organized and dynamic person who is passionate about the WGB brands and working with products at scale.
- Agile Process Oversight:
- Lead and facilitate agile processes across all cross-functional pods, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain agile frameworks to optimize team efficiency and delivery.
- Cross-Pod Coordination:
- Manage dependencies and communication across the Consumption, Monetization, Foundation, and Creation pods to ensure alignment with overall product goals.
- Collaborate with pod leads to address challenges and facilitate solutions for cross-functional initiatives.
- Organizational Efficiency:
- Keep the teams organized, unblocked, and focused on achieving outcomes defined in the product roadmap.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve team productivity and collaboration.
- Product Roadmap Execution:
- Work closely with the Senior Director of Product to understand and prioritize initiatives outlined in the product roadmap.
- Drive the successful execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program status, milestones, and potential risks.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, ensuring transparency and accessibility of information.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact program delivery, working collaboratively with team members to implement preventative measures.
- Proactively address and resolve issues to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in project management are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager in a digital media or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience implementing agile frameworks.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within established timelines.
- Familiarity with the team’s existing tools suite (ClickUp, Figma, GitHub) and the experience to evolve from here
- Bonus (but NOT required): Relevant certifications or degrees: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO)

The starting base pay for this role is between USD $100,000 and USD $120,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and other perks.
