Interviews for this opening will be conducted over the phone and via video calls. This role will be fully remote. The salary range for this role is $55,000-85,000.

In a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document project goals, scope, and requirements.
  • Communicate project objectives, status updates, and potential risks to stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, and schedules.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and check-ins with team members to ensure alignment and address challenges.
  • Provide timely and accurate project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and relevant records.
  • Lead decision-making processes by facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts among team members.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate project outcomes to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

To Land This Gig, You’ll Need:

  • A bachelor’s degree and / or relevant work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
  • An understanding of network diagrams, PERT charts, critical path, and Gantt Charts.
  • The ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Strong humility and calm in all situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Take initiative independent of delegated responsibilities.
