Job Title: Project Operations Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
As a Project Operations Coordinator at Tecpoint Nigeria, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the operational aspects of our projects. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring projects are executed efficiently, adhering to timelines, and staying within budget. You will be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and communicating project updates to stakeholders.
Project Operations Coordinator KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordinator Role:
- Ensuring Projects are being implemented as per the process, timelines & and budget.
- Ensuring timely assignment of duties & and responsibilities to the Field Engineers (FE)
- Creating, Planning, and implementing Project Plan and other required documents.
- Coordinating with Upstream providers for Feasibilities, Solutions, Site Access, Provisioning, Release of IPs and Integration of the links
- Raising & and coordinating for release & and approval of Purchase Orders and material Requests
- Ensuring the links are delivered as per customers’ Purchase orders & and satisfaction.
- Ensuring Sign off Job Completion Certificate (JCC) from the Client within 24 Hours of link delivery
- Submission of Link Budget, Checklists & and JCC to Upstream Provider
- Presentation of Project Status to Management
Operations Coordinator Role:
- Maintaining & Analyzing Network Uptime Reports
- Maintaining & Analyzing Client Network Reports
- Ensuring the Network Database is updated regularly.
- Vendor Management & Payment Processing
- Inventory Budgeting, Management, Accounting & Verification

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Graduate Degree in Science & Technology
- Relevant Certification in Project Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and expert in MS Excel & and MS PowerPoint
- Proficient in Network Management (like PRTG, Whatsup Gold) and CRM Tools
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in a Telecommunication Company or Internet Service Provider and has expert knowledge of Internet Leased Lines, Leased Circuits, MPLS, IPLCs, FTTH, FTTX, VoIP, IPTV and Telecommunications Operations.
MONTHLY REMUNERATION
N125,000 – N175,000 (GROSS)
