Job Title: React Developer Intern (Unpaid, Remote)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 weeks (potential to become paid role upon successful completion)

About Swap Space:

Swap Space is transforming real estate transactions through an innovative web platform built with React. As a React Developer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience enhancing our responsive web app and contributing to production-level software.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement new UI components and features using React

– Troubleshoot issues through the stack to improve platform reliability

– Assist with QA testing and validating new features and builds

– Contribute ideas to enhance overall web experience and UX

– Participate in code reviews, standups, and team collaboration

– Support documentation and development initiatives as needed

Requirements:

– Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field

– Experience building web apps and interfaces with React

– Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, version control systems

– Strong debugging, communication and analytical skills

– Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

– Passion for developing performant and scalable web applications
