Our client, a renowned Real Estate Property Development company, is seeking to fill the role of a Real estate High ticket Closer to close sales activities of the company.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
• Develop and manage approved sales operating budgets
• Work with other Sales/ Marketing Team to oversee promotional activities
• Keep up-to-date with industry latest developments, trends, competitors, and promotional & sales opportunities.
• Maintain research database on competitive products.
• Research and report on potential strategic relationships
• Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
• Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
• Minimum of 3 years’ cognate experience in Sales/ Marketing preferably within the real estate sector
• HND/BSC in related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Approachable and friendly personality
• A prior knowledge/experience in real estate sales
• Evidence of previous real estate deals closed and the amount generated•
