St Michael Villa Limited is looking to engage independent and motivated Real Estate Freelancers to manage the sales of properties in our esteemed St Michael Villa Estate, located in Lugbe and Katampe, Abuja. This opportunity provides lucrative incentives, designed to drive excellence in sales and revenue generation.

Role Responsibilities:

Sale of landed properties within St. Michael Villa Estate.
Driving profitable sales to achieve a minimum monthly target of 30 million Naira.
Nurturing customer relationships and promoting property listings to prospective clients.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive commission of 5% on every successful sale.
Additional rewards including but not limited to an iPhone, television, or laptop, or a bonus of 300,000 Naira.
On achieving the annual target of selling 30 properties, a company car will be awarded as a recognition of your outstanding performance.
Even if you manage to sell properties worth a total of 25 million Naira in one month and 40 million Naira in another, as long as you meet the annual goal of 30 landed properties, you are eligible for the company car reward.
