Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and understand position requirements, and participate in and manage the selection, hiring, and onboarding processes.

Screening and Selection:

  • Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Assessment and Evaluation

  • Administer assessments and tests as needed to evaluate candidate skills and competencies.
  • Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing insightful recommendations to hiring managers.

Offer Management

  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and market standards.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment activities and progress.

Onboarding Support:

  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, ensuring a positive onboarding experience

HR Administration:

  • Oversee HR administration activities, including record-keeping, including CVs, Offers, and employee contracts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge in Nigeria labor law.
