Recruitment Support Officer

About the job

We need a Recruitment Support Officer whose experience spans across Recruitment & Selection, Report Management, HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition and most importantly driving success of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

Do you have practical experience designing compelling JDs using the act of storytelling? Have you supported the success of an end-to-end recruitment process?

Do you have hands-on experience engaging with candidates, driving positive candidate experience and projecting positive employers valued proposition in engaging with prospective candidates?

Are you skilled in HR Analytics / Data Analytics?

Qualifications

※ Do you have 2 years experience working within the Recruitment Consulting sector or within the HR Unit/Dept of a reputable firm.

※ ACIPM, PHRI or related HR Certifications from Accredited institutions is an added advantage

※ Highly analytical and excellent presentation skills

※ Hands-on experience conducting thorough research on recruitment trends and advising the team based on findings
