We have an opening for the role of Restaurant Manager.

Location: Island

The key success criteria for this role are:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration or any other related field.

• 3-5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR

• Exceptional leadership skills.

• Effective communication skills.

• Driving and championing sales initiatives.

• Proactiveness in addressing operational issues.

• Meeting and surpassing the daily sales target.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• A problem solver with the ability to think outside the box and implement actions as soon as possible.
