We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Rig Technician to support drilling operations and ensure the efficient performance of rig equipment. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems while ensuring full compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Support drilling operations by maintaining and repairing rig equipment

·         Troubleshoot mechanical and technical faults efficiently

·         Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

·         Ensure compliance with HSE and operational safety standards

·         Work closely with the Drilling Supervisor and rig crew to ensure smooth operations

·         Maintain accurate maintenance and service records

Requirements:

·         Minimum of 7 years’ experience in oil & gas drilling operations

·         Experience working on offshore rigs

·         Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field

·         Valid certifications such as BOSIET (for offshore roles), IWCF or IADC

·         Strong knowledge of drilling equipment and rig systems

·         Ability to work in remote locations and rotational schedules

·         Strong teamwork and communication skills
