• • Experience working with Rust that can be demonstrated with prior examples
  • Responsive to feedback from senior developers and willing to adapt
  • Experience working within a larger development team
  • Understanding, experience, and knowledge of industry standards and practices
  • Experience working directly with other blockchain projects is desirable
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work autonomously
  • Able to follow directions closely when required and attention to detail
  • Knowledge, understanding, and experience with writing secure code
  • Knowledge, understanding, and experience with writing professional code
  • Flexible and adaptable when it comes to learning new technologies and processes
