We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Leasing Executive to join our esteemed real estate brokerage agency in Lagos. In this role, you will work closely with the proprietor and relevant departments, responsible for various aspects of transactions and new business opportunities.
- Providing guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Liaising with property developers to secure exclusive development contracts for the company.
- Presenting properties and their associated amenities/facilities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
- Negotiating leases, selling properties, and successfully closing deals.
- Ensuring proper lead management and timely client follow-up.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and establishing a prominent presence in the real estate marketplace.
- Remaining knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Preparing client progress reports on campaigns and actively participating in client meetings.
- Undertaking other ancillary responsibilities as assigned by the company.
- Proven experience in sales and leasing within the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Lagos real estate market and its trends.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for achieving success.
- Strong networking and prospecting abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
- Should have work experience with real estate developers
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
