Sales Business Development Manager
What you’ll do:
- Be the go-to for web3 clients when it comes to the deal-closing stage
- Check out top-notch web3 companies interested in advertising on the news media site, and use all sorts of tricks and tactics – like social media and other digital stuff – to get in touch with them.
- Seal those deals, then hand them off to customer success to make sure they are taken care of.
- Create leads for the sales team by snooping into potential web3 clients and uncovering what they’re after.
- Work with SDRs and MDRs to craft customized sales strategies that make sense for those web3 clients.
- Keep everybody up-to-date on leads and progress, while also smashing your personal or team quotas.
It’s a perfect match if you have:
- 3+ years in Sales.
- Fluency in English and native Portuguese.
- Experience with deal sizes of $10k+ (ideally $25k+) in the Marketing Space.
- An average SQL close rate >35%.
- A Bachelor’s or higher in Marketing, Business, or related.
- Experience with crypto marketing agencies.
- Great connections to the web3 space (super important!).
- Strong communication/negotiation/presentation skills.
