Sales & Business Development Officer

E-Access Hub is a multinational event tech service provider that delivers professional, seamless, automated and secure access management for corporate and social events. We are looking to hire a dynamic Sales and Business Development Officer who would be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities across different markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations.
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts, referral sources, and potential business partners to expand the organization’s reach.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and targets to achieve revenue growth and business objectives.
- Identify and generate leads through various channels. Qualify leads and assess their potential for conversion into clients.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and clients. Manage customer information, track interactions, and monitor sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Foster long-term partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients. Develop and present sales proposals that address client needs and align with their objectives.
- Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions of sales with clients.
- Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets. Track and analyze sales performance using relevant metrics and sales data.
- Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. Identify areas for improvement and recommend sales strategies to optimize results.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the events, access management, or events technology sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with event access management systems, access technology, or related software solutions is a plus.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
