Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for new potential clients (outbound), mainly through cold calling.
- Also use channels like email and LinkedIn to generate interest (we’ll train you if necessary).
- Arrange at least 15 monthly meetings with C-Level profiles or decision-makers (such as HR Directors, CTOs, or CEOs).
- Update CRM and tracking tools accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure pipeline quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound sales role. (If less experience is required, be recognized for achieving KPIs in previous roles)
- Mastery of cold calling as the main channel.
- Good written and verbal communication (especially in professional environments such as LinkedIn or email).
- Experience generating meetings with decision profiles.
- Autonomous, goal-oriented attitude and adaptability.

- Fixed salary of $800 for the first three months. Starting in the fourth month, there will be an additional bonus for meeting targets + commission for closing sales.
