Job Title: Sales Development Representative Manager
About the role:
You will have the opportunity to build, manage, and grow the front line sales team of the company, the Sales Development Representative Team. The SDR team sets the Clients’ first impression of Wonders and is instrumental in building the relationship. You will use your leadership skills to enable the SDR team to introduce our flagship product, the Voice Ordering Platform, as well as a suite of restaurant technology products such as POS, Delivery and Online Ordering.
What you’ll accomplish:
- You will achieve aggressive lead-gen growth targets (100% revenue growth annually) through designing and building a repeatable Outbound Sales Development engine to engage and acquire independent restaurant clients.
- You will manage and mentor the SDR team to achieve and surpass monthly lead gen goals.
- You will refine the Sales Development playbook, motion, and pitch to using out of the box methods.
- You will create and maintain all SDR training materials, and conduct weekly training sessions for team sales skill improvement
- You will work closely with AE team for seamless SQL handoff as well as working cross functionally to provide market feedback and learnings
- You will analyze lead generation funnel, and managing, optimizing, and tracking all sales development efforts in Salesforce.
- You will communicate the implementation strategy and reporting results clearly and accurately to Management.
- You will hire, mentor, grow and retain talent with less than 20% churn.
- You will maintain our phenomenal culture focused on customer success and employee success.
About you:
- You have 2+ years of Sales Development management experience at a hyper-growth technology company selling to SMB. (Restaurant technology related industry is a plus)
- You have the ability to speak, read and write Mandarin Chinese natively, as well as ability to speak, read and write English proficientlYou have a proven sales track record in achieving monthly sales development goals as an SDR.
- You have a proven plan for building and running successful SDR teams and repeatable sales development processes.
- You have a natural intellectual curiosity to internalize our value proposition and have a knack for identifying the fastest path to generating a sales conversation.\
- You have a superior attention to detail, organized, and thoughtful in your approach to people and process management.
- You have excellent client-facing attributes and ability to build consensus within internal teams.
- You have the ability to bring passion, creativity, energy, and a strong work ethic to building our Sales Development engine in a way that maps to our team culture.
- You have Salesforce proficiency to manage your team’s lead pipeline, conversion rates, and forecasts on a daily basis.
Bonus Points:
- You have experience in a consumer driven industry with a passion for the customer.
- You have WeCom experience preferred – The majority of our clients use WeChat over email, and WeCom is the preferred client communication tool for all GTM teams aside from phone calls.
- You have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
