About the job

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Commission-Based Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in developing relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining a strong analytics sales pipeline, identifying key business opportunities, and targeting segmented prospects.

Responsibilities:

1. Exceed sales targets: Consistently meet and surpass sales targets to drive revenue growth and achieve personal success.

2. Provide comprehensive sales support: Conduct thorough needs analysis, review data, and deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.

3. Generate new business: Successfully create and nurture business opportunities from both new and existing customer accounts. Your ability to identify and capitalize on potential sales leads will be crucial to your success.

4. Act as a customer advocate: Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between customers and our product management and development teams. Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction and provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.

5. Forecasting and progress tracking: Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates, tracking your performance toward sales goals and identifying areas for improvement.

6. Identify new opportunities: Continuously scout the market and identify new business opportunities. Your keen eye for potential prospects will help generate new sales opportunities and expand our customer base.

Qualifications:

1. Business expertise: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of business principles and practices.

2. Sales consulting experience: Have at least 3 years of sales consulting experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication skills: Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients, articulate value propositions, and negotiate contracts.

4. Strong organizational skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage your time efficiently to maximize productivity in a commission-based environment.

5. Self-motivated and results-oriented: Thrive in a dynamic and competitive sales environment, displaying a high level of motivation and a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.

6. Commission-based mindset: Understand and embrace the commission-based nature of the role, using it as a motivator to capitalize on sales opportunities and maximize your earning potential.
