Job Position: Sales & Service Executive

Job Location: Ijesha / Cele, Apapa – Oshodi Express Way, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

1. Keeping the record of PFIS, LPOS, Invoices, Payments, Sales, etc.
2. Responsible for rendering effective customers service to all existing client
3. Responsible to reconcile all the client’s account
4. Resolves customer complaints by investing problems, developing solution, preparing and making recommendation to management.
5. Responsible to track production, keep the record of stock
6. Follow up for payment collection and keeping their record accurately.
7. Must have good understanding of products knowledge.

Job Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any relevant field
• Minimum a 1 year experience in Sales & Service Executive
