Prospect and identify new clients to facilitate the development of the business. Create and manage new accounts for new clients. Prompt attention to all clients’ complaints and give concise feedback to management. Follow up with client orders to ensure they are delivered to clients within stipulated time frame Ensure that all financial requests and transactions are well handled with dispatch Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service Maintain outstanding business operations Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors Accurately describe our service features and benefits to prospective clients Follow all companies policies and procedures Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups Requirements Familiarity with service delivery in relation to project management Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and leadership skills Good computer skill, familiar with MS-Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word) Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and diverse cultures. Strong teamwork spirit, hard-working and self-motivated. Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer service practices Strong administration skills Job Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related course Minimum of 2 years cognitive experience in working as a Sales Manager/Marketing Executive
