- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product/service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing accurate and timely information to management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 – 6 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and influence decision-making.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex product features and benefits to customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
