What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with GTM Leadership to define business problems and scope requirements to solve for identified key gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Propose and configure tooling/process changes in collaboration with cross-functional team members, while providing support for documentation and training.
  • Keep the Revenue Operations knowledge base current and up-to-date
  • Optimize the configuration, integration, and adoption of our Sales Organization’s tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, Outreach, and Hubspot.
  • Support the implementation of programs and initiatives driven by RevOps or in support of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support KPIs, reporting, metrics reviews, and SLA management.
  • Develop a deep working knowledge of Sales functions, teams, processes.
  • Support the Sales team as the primary point of contact for daily troubleshooting and request submissions.

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related at a SaaS company
  • Candidate must be well-organized and process-driven
  • Candidates must be excited about the opportunity to be an early ops hire (they will be helping to refine & improve upon recently established processes)
  • Candidate must have Salesforce Lightning admin experience (certification not a requirement)
  • Candidate should be very comfortable with Excel
  • Candidate should be comfortable with using a Mac

Nice to Have

  • SQL knowledge or coding experience (experience with Tableau/Looker a plus)
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, with the ability to build Flows, formula fields, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • The ability to understand and articulate complex business problems and translate into efficient solutions
  • A love of spreadsheets and data hygiene – maybe you plan your holidays in a Google Sheet?
