Vital is looking for a Sales Pioneer to join us on our mission to revolutionize how healthcare is delivered today.
💻 Vital is an API for at-home health data, and we are making it easy for developers to build virtual-first healthcare apps on top of our platform. We have built a wearables API and at-home test kit API and our current docs can be found at docs.tryvital.io.
🚀 We are a seed-funded startup backed by some of the best investors like Y Combinator.
🌍 This is a fully remote position. However, you must be able to provide at least 4 hours of business overlap with GMT. We are not offering any visa sponsorships at this time.
The Role
In the year since we launched, we’ve seen strong initial traction. We’ve operated with a mix of sales and product-led motion, selling to a mixture of enterprise and small-mid-market customers. Until now, the Founder and CEO has led the sales motion. We’re looking for someone to work closely with the CEO to define, improve and iterate on the Sales Motion at Vital. You’ll see yourself as someone who can grow into a leadership position and be closely involved in defining strategy, and responsible for executing against it!
The objective is for you to help us continue to build up the SDR playbook (we’re already booking 10 meetings a week with one part-time SDR). You will attend all sales meetings shadowing the CEO and helping add some sales IQ to our sales cycles. Over several months you should be ready to begin taking on more and more responsibility in managing deals and at the same time, you will assist in helping us hire and train SDR(s).
You will be responsible for:
- Driving movement across the sales funnel
- Building Lead lists, prospecting (Cold calls, Emails, LinkedIn)
- Managing and closing deals
- Building long-term relationships with enterprise clients
- Defining the SDR playbook
To excel in this role:
