About the role

We are looking for a qualified sales representative to join our team. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers onboard our product, developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing continuous sales and customer retention.
As a sales representative, you will work to identify and sell Attenvo’s B2B product to these customers, onboard the customer and manage their account setup, satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries promptly and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

– Research, find and onboard customers unto the Attenvo travel CRM where applicable.
– Make sales calls and product demonstrations for various businesses as required to close deals.
– Developing new sales opportunities for the products assigned to.
– Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers promptly.
– Report on the status of accounts and sales leads.
– Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
– Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

– An ability to drive sales through effective communication.
– Proven work experience in sales as a sales representative and/or sales account manager or similar experience.
– Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
– Knowledge of technology products with a preference for Google suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Slides and notable CRM products)
– Understanding of sales performance metrics
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
– Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
– Must be resident in Lagos, Nigeria (Please note that the role is remote but certain sales may involve mobility within Lagos) – Must be technology-savvy
