Sales Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our IT firm specializing in Internet service provision and data cloud security solutions. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base through online and field sales efforts. If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong sales and marketing background in the IT industry, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
– Identify and prospect potential clients, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and generate leads through various channels.
– Conduct online and field sales activities, including cold calling, client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
– Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with our Internet service provision and data cloud security offerings.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
– Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team’s success.
– Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to the management team.
– Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to network and enhance brand visibility.
– Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the IT industry, preferably in Internet service provision or data cloud security.
– Strong knowledge and understanding of IT services and solutions.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
– Experience in online sales and digital marketing strategies.
– Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
– Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field sales activities.
– Optional Compensation Packages:
– Option 1: Monthly basic salary of 50,000 with a 5% commission on each sale.
– Option 2: Fixed salary of 100,000 with additional incentives such as airtime, performance bonuses, etc.
