Job Title: Sales Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist at Leadway, located in Lagos with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities, engaging with customers, providing training, overseeing sales processes, and managing sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Experience in providing training to sales teams
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Minimum of National Diploma in any field
