Remedy Recruitment Group is looking for a recruitment consultant to join our vibrant and motivated SEN team. You will be consistently working with special education need students to ensure that they are able to thrive throughout their school years. You must have 2+ years of recruitment experience as well as be willing to put your all into everything you do within Remedy Recruitment. This job will start in August so that training and briefing within our systems and way of working is prepared for September. We operate on a highly competitive salary as well as a commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Be able to hold face-to-face interviews with candidates.
• Visit clients regularly across London and England.
• Have previously worked with schools and built rapport with them.
• Have previously dealt with large portfolios.

Qualifications

• We specifically look for people with good communication skills, who are able to contact and adapt to many different people and situations.
• 2+ years of experience working in recruitment previously.
