Senior Associate – People Operations

About the role

We are looking  for a passionate and self-driven People Operations Senior Associate who loves contributing to multiple pillars of People Operations, excels at building and improving processes, and wants to make an impact on employee experience. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting HR programs and initiatives that will help Branch continue to build a world-class team and drive employee experience across the globe.

You will be involved in providing a cohesive working environment for Branch employees, be part of a core team supporting culture and people practices at Branch, and support business growth through communicating with precision, developing trust, and leading with integrity is critical to success, as is the ability to navigate multiple priorities with attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.
Here are some things you’ll do

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Provide support to employees in various People Operations-related topics such as policies, leaves and benefits
  • Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
  • Lead programs and activities on employee engagement
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results and attrition trends, employee concerns and make recommendations for employee attraction and retention
  • Have a pulse of the employee base and relay that pulse back to Leadership for continuous improvement of our People processes
  • Manage our social media pages to improve engagement on employer branding posts
  • Own the our internal L&D program – BOLD
  • Drive internal campaigns to improve adoption of our BOLD program
  • Own all stages of the learning lifecycle including tool identification, curriculum design, content development, delivery support, measurement and maintenance
  • Create a robust process and framework for identifying learning needs to base learning curriculum on
  • Design, deliver and manage organization wide learning events and solutions
  • Support the People operations Lead in administering org-wide programs like performance reviews, rewards and recognition etc
  • Resolve employee issues and grievances

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. An MBA/PGDM degree in HR is preferable
  • 1 to 4 years of HR business partnering or generalist experience.
  • Preferably with experience in Startup companies/ companies with employee-centric culture
  • Passionate about innovative People solutions and process improvement
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills
  • Collaborative mindset and a team player
