About the job

Responsibilities

Undertake design project from concept to completion
Site Survey/Visits and Punch Listing
Define project requirements and scheduling
Interpret and translate client’s brief into strategic plans
Set costs and project fees according to budget
Materials and products sourcing and procurement
Mood boarding to Material Sampling
Supervise work progress – on and off-site.
Work closely with the creative director. designers, decorators, architects, and constructors
Follow industry changes, evolutions – sustainable design and wellness practices
Strong Research inclination

Requirements and skills
Proven working experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
Producing Detailed Architectural Drawings – Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.
Conceptual Mind/Design thinking
Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs
Excellent portfolio of previous works – required to view.
Creative talent, imagination, and a keen eye for design
Communication, graphics, and presentation skills
Project management skills and organization – High-order sensitivity
Client Relations/Presentation Skills
Team Player
The ability to ‘Think outside-the-box’.
