Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role Summary

As a senior quantity surveyor, you would be responsible for project finances and contractual relationships in our construction company. The ideal Candidate would manage the costs of raw materials and construction projects to ensure they are within the budget.Role Responsibilities:

• Support the Commercial team and implement the company’s commercial strategy.
• Provide current project commercial information for company reporting requirements
• Produce reports
• Check contract documents (Main Contract and Sub Contract)
• Attend all requisite meetings as required, including the monthly MPR meeting.
• Document all necessary transactions and activities
• To manage the variation process with the main
• Protect the business profit margins and manage the project risk profile.
• Produce accurate monthly valuations
• Identify and maintain a list of variations from tender to contract closeout
• Identify commercial risks in projects

Qualifications

• 5+ Years UK experience in a role within the Construction industry
• Recognised QS qualification (degree, HND)
