This role will report to the CEO as a Senior Sales Manager at Notjustok, your primary responsibility will be to develop, manage and grow high level revenue streams from a wide range of products on Notjustok.

Notjustok offers brands a wide range of advertising, partnership and sponsorship opportunities, and it will be essential for a Senior Sales Manager to understand those offerings well and be able to decide the right solutions to fit each client’s needs.

This is a high-performing job, requiring persistent and persuasive interaction with clients, the ability to open new doors, close big deals and proven sales skills. The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to manage and deliver on projects is essential. You will be focused on Nigeria sales – selling a wide range of big and complex projects.

As a growing and dynamic company, the role will be multi-faceted. Besides closing deals, you will oversee delivery and ensure clients receive reports. In this outward-facing role, you may be involved in partnership conversations, helping to grow our brand value and always supporting opportunities to drive commercial value. You should be able to complete tasks with little supervision, but you must be a team player.


  • Grow Direct ADs and Partnerships Revenue
  • Build a thorough understanding of our media platforms and solutions, and how they can solve brand and business challenges for our clients
  • Build a book of business through different methods of prospecting
  • Manage any existing accounts in your portfolio, including upsells and cross-sells
  • Build and present compelling proposals that solve client objectives through content-based solutions and visual storytelling
  • Engage in quality closing to ensure that client’s needs are met
  • Ensure timely and accurate reports that allow our client partners to shine and lead us to repeat business opportunities.
  • Hit monthly sales goals


  • Proven experience with identifying and closing high-value commercial deals
  • A strong media and marketing background with deep brand, social and content marketing expertise
  • Strong influence and relationships with decision makers at agencies, corporations, foundations and more across Nigeria, with a track record in securing direct ADs and partnership deals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and bring them along on project deliverables
  • A desire to work in a rapidly growing and evolving organization with an informal but driven culture
  • Great project management and delivery skills
  • Great relationship-building and maintenance skills
