Senior Software Engineer

Your mission

We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer (m/f/x) who will help us further develop, test and improve our existing product.

• Build and operate services in a production environment used by pioneering customers across the globe
• Manage the end-to-end development of our client-facing products to build scalable UI and services
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on the broader product vision
• Ship fast and iterate to deliver value to our customers with a strong focus on quality
• Explore new methods and technologies to improve user experience and system performance, continuously improving and scaling in an Agile/DevOps environment
• Support recruitment for fast-growing engineering organization

About you

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in full-stack development, ideally in a (early-stage) start-up
• Proficient in one or more modern front-end frameworks (e.g React, Angular)
• Proficient in server-side Javascript (NodeJS) or other backend languages
• Significant experience building scalable software systems with background in distributed systems, microservices and event-driven architectures
• Experience designing and operating services in cloud-deployed environments (we use AWS)
• Our stack is built on the following technologies and constantly evolving. Experience on these technologies and areas are a plus but not required:
  • Full-stack: ReactJS, NodeJS, Typescript, Nest.js
  • Cloud Web Services: AWS S3, Cloudfront, Lambda, Docker, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Redshift
  • Infrastructure as code: Terraform, Gitlab
