- Content Creation: Develop compelling and relevant content tailored to each social media platform, including posts, images, videos, and stories that align with the brand’s voice and identity.
- Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with broader marketing objectives, increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and performance regularly, using data insights to optimize strategies and improve content engagement and reach.
- Trend Identification: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in social media marketing. Implement new ideas and techniques to keep the brand at the forefront of online conversations.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all social media activities align with the brand’s values, mission, and guidelines.
- Social Media Advertising: Assist with the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns, optimizing ad performance to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to coordinate campaigns and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
