Social Media/Community Specialist

TERAWORK is looking for a social media/Community Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. A strong candidate for this role will be passionate about community building, skilled with online and offline marketing campaigns, and eager to be part of a historic shift in the way people live and work.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns that grow the use of our talent marketplace by both customers and talented professionals

2.    Report on campaigns insights to understand business impacts and inform future channel optimizations, partner with Analytics team to quickly take advantage of emerging/trending business opportunities through relevant social media campaigns

3.    Oversee daily operations of all our social media channels, along with overall workflow

4.    Manage and grow our social media channels

5.    Build and maintain relationships with community members, offline and online

6.    Run and monitor ad campaigns (moderate to large budget)

7.    Work with cross-functional teams to develop and iterate on campaigns that meet business objectives while also supporting all our digital marketing strategy

8.    Incorporate storytelling opportunities that connect customers to the TERAWORK brand

9.    Build a network of advocates in the broader community of businesses leveraging LinkedIn

 

REQUIREMENTS

1.    Up to 2 years of experience creating impactful social media marketing campaigns,

2.    Experience of LinkedIn as a marketing tool is a must

3.    Demonstrated success in handling moderate to large social media marketing project

4.    Strong commitment to tracking community engagement and ensuring that data is reported quickly and accurately

5.    Experience creating social marketing campaigns in the staffing industry, at a marketplace company, or for a large brand.

6.    Experience as a freelancer

Landing page conversion rates

Organic traffic and top 5 entry pages

Social media traffic (and conversion rates)

Mobile traffic, leads, and conversion rates
