Job Title: Social Media & Customer Relations Officer

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos

Salary: N100,000 per month.

Requirements

•Minimum of OND in Mass communication or any related field of study
•1-2 years of experience in customer service and social media management would be an added advantage
•In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms like Instagram, twitter, Facebook, etc.
•Ability to create engaging and relevant content for social media channels
•Strong client relationship management and excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work independently without supervision
good knowledge of video creation, editing and graphic design
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Customer-Focused Attitude (We don’t want “No gree for Anybody” attitude)
•Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and come up with effective solutions
•Good sense of humor
