About the job
We are looking to hire a social media Personnel with good communication skills. A person who possesses superb project management and organizational skills with the ability to work comfortably under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The individual should be creative with a keen interest in shaping an organization’s image and values through appropriate communication to the outside world most especially through the content they put out. We are looking out for a candidate with natural teachable ability, leadership qualities, creativity, and fantastic time management and planning skills.
Social Media Personnel Responsibilities:
• Using social media marketing tools to Build and manage the organization’s social media profile and presence.
• Scan the media marketplace to keep up-to-date on the latest media trends and use it to create content and post on all our company social media handle daily
• Research the company’s Competitors to know how to compete and outsmart them
• Working with the company team to develop social media marketing campaigns
• Interacting with customers via the company’s social media accounts
• Analyzing the company’s social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
• Build long-term relationships with media influencers.
• Monitor online and offline campaigns, and report on results
• Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
• Appropriately manage the organization’s media budget.
• Design Flyers sometimes and sometimes give the content to graphic guys to design
• Follow up on Email and setting up email campaigns
• Manage Google Analytics and Give Details Report
• Creating and Managing Social media paid Ads like: Facebook and Instagram, YouTube ads etc.
Social Media Personnel Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications/media or related (essential).
• 3 years of work experience
• Demonstrable experience with building effective media campaigns.
• Ability to nurture long-term relationships with key media influencers.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
• Natural leader who displays strong decision-making and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
