Maxwell Health is a dietary supplement manufacturer and distributor in Nigeria. The company is a fast-growing entrepreneurial business looking for a Social Media Manager who is creative,
self-driven, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and pivots to new responsibilities when needed.
Skill Set Requirements
● Working knowledge of how to use various organic social formats (like Twitter threads/polls, IG Guides, Facebook.) to get to the heart of content and conversation
● Soundunderstandingofpaidsocialmediacampaignsandmanagingcampaignbudgets
● Ability to proactively use key performance data to optimize content and improve social campaign performance
Role responsibilities
Campaign management
● Develop, manage and own social media calendars and make them relevant to the brand
● IndependentlymanagecreativestosourcegraphicdesignsandpopulateSMpages
● Suggestandimplementnewfeaturesandsocialmediastrategiestodevelopbrand awareness ,like promotions and competitions
● Closelycollaboratewithinventoryandsalesteamtounderstandwhatproducttopromote
and drive on social media platforms
● Ensure activity, engagement and online branding remain consistent
Sales Support
● Interact with customers who reach out on social media channels and provide relevant product and logistics information.
● Respond to sales inquiries on SMplatforms and liaise with sales to ensure fulfillment.
● Responsible fore-commerce platform sales and strategy
Others
● Support office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new employees.
● Communicate with clientele for ad hoc needs and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
● A portfolio of exciting social work across multiple platforms (Twitter/Instagram/Facebook)
● Candidates should be able to show a clear ability to communicate verbally & in writing.
● Candidates located in Abuja are preferred.
