2AM Tech, a platform development company, is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Golang and/or PHP. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable software products in Healthcare, Telecommunications and Gaming.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Golang and/or PHP.
• Collaborate with the product management and design teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets industry standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure software quality and performance.
• Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues reported by users or discovered during testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software products within project timelines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong proficiency in Golang and/or PHP development, with a deep understanding of the language syntax, standard libraries, and best practices.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining web applications using Golang and/or PHP.
• Familiarity with web frameworks such as Laravel (PHP) or Gin, Gorilla (Golang).
• Experience with databases and SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in Telecommunications (VAS) is as advantage.
• Experience with other programming languages and technologies, such as JavaScript, VueJS, or containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), is a plus.
