Software Engineer (Leadership) – Ads Experimentation Responsibilities

Use statistics and engineering skills to improve our experimentation platform (industry expert)

Apply domain understanding to enable 1600+ MAU and make decisions about launches more efficiently (industry expert)

Help mentor and grow senior ICs on the team (highly proficient)

Work with huge data sets to make objective decisions about projects and experiments (industry expert)

Apply the latest research to Meta’s ABTest platform in order to deliver sustained industry leadership
Minimum Qualifications

Experience in Maths/Statistics/Python/Data Analysis across huge datasets

Experience leading projects with industry-wide impact
-
Vast experience communicating and working across functions to drive solutions
-
Significant experience in mentoring/influencing senior engineers across organizations
-
Proven track record of planning multi-year roadmaps in which shorter-term projects ladder to the long-term vision
-
Experience in driving large cross-functional/industry-wide engineering efforts
-
BSc in Computer Science or related technical field
