Solutions & Customer Success Analyst Internship

Bitwave is an enterprise software and services company with the mission of bringing digital assets to enterprises.

Software Platform

We’ve built an enterprise software platform that enables enterprises to meet their digital asset/cryptocurrency specific accounting, tax, treasury, and management obligations. In most situations our platform is a subledger processing millions of digital asset transactions and producing accounting and tax reporting that integrate with our client’s ERP.

Solutions/Services

Additionally we provide consulting services to our clients centered around the implementation of our software platform including: Digital Asset Industry POVs on various matters, Process, Risk and Controls Design, Implementation Program Management, Data, Reporting and Reconciliation Builds, Training/Change Management

Our platform and solutions are delivered to more than 60 clients today.

Desired Experiences and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate that uniquely combines (a) tech/software and/or digital asset enthusiasm (b) supporting, training and advising clients (c) ability to work in a fast paced environment constantly changing experience

Core Functional Experiences

• Background in the fundamentals of Finance (or) Accounting (or) Digital Assets (or) Operations
• Interest and/or Basic level of experience in a professional services context
• Interest and/or Basic Level of experience with Digital Assets (BTC, ETH, NFTs, Defi etc)

Customer Success (Primary Responsibility)

• Interest and/or experience in a customer success role, providing support to clients using a tech platform
• Interest in onboarding clients to new capabilities of a technology platform
• Interest and/or experience training clients on using cutting edge technology especially in the blockchain/digital assets space

Product Enhancements

• Interest in bug bashing and collaborative problem solving to address client issues, as well as identifying and following up with engineering teams on bugs and product features

Advisory and Consulting

• Interest in building and sharing thought leadership on digital assets and/or finance and/or accounting is a plus
• Interest in designing finance, business and technology processes including thinking through digital asset strategy is a plus

Other

• Some experience with or desire to experience producing financial reporting for enterprises and startups is a plus
• Some experience with or desire to work in a startup environment is a plus
• Some experience with ERPs systems (e.g. Oracle, NetSuite, Quickbooks)
• Interest in cryptocurrency space is a plus
• Interest in building software for enterprises is a plus
• Any certifications such as CFA, CPA, CISA a plus
